Attached is an amici curiae (friend of the court) brief filed on behalf of County Mutual and CIC with the Court of Appeals in the MTI v. Walker case. It is our understanding that all of the briefing on the case is now complete so it is a matter of whether the court schedules oral argument or merely issues a decision. There is no timetable for a decision, either on the underlying case or the State’s motion for a stay. We will keep you apprised of any further developments.
