On March 11, 2011, Governor Scott Walker signed into law the Budget Repair Bill, which calls for sweeping changes in the law relating to public sector employee relations. The Budget Repair Bill has since been followed by the Governor’s signing into law the 2011-2013 Budget, which makes dramatic changes to the funding provided Wisconsin schools and local governments.
