Jessica S. Solberg

Jessica is an experienced attorney in labor, employment, municipal, school and business law. She has represented public schools and municipalities in matters including labor and employment law, grievance processing, collective bargaining, personnel policy and contract review and drafting. Prior to joining Phillips Borowski, Jessica worked at multinational corporations, advising clients on the legal compliance of marketing materials and assisting a mortgage servicer in complying with federal consent orders. She also served as a judicial extern at the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California, where she researched and drafted bench memoranda in civil and criminal cases.
