The governor approved a revised version of the WERC’s emergency rules governing total base wage bargaining with general municipal employees. Please find attached our memo explaining the revised rules. The memo also provides an example of how to calculate total base wages and the allowable base wage increase subject to bargaining. Please note the rules clarify that the distribution of total base wages to employees is subject to bargaining.
