Steve’s experience includes sixteen years practicing in the areas of corporate, commercial and insurance law. He began his legal career as an insurance corporate and regulatory attorney with LaFollette & Sinykin. He then practiced with Quarles & Brady in its Corporate Finance and Securities group and proceeded to move in-house as counsel for two Wisconsin manufacturers with global operations. He also has extensive insurance industry experience, having worked as both a licensed insurance agent and as a commercial insurance underwriter for several national insurance carriers before beginning his legal career. Steve’s addition to the firm brings commercial expertise leveraged by immeasurable industry experience.
